Ouillette Dumpster Rentals: Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ouillette Dumpster Rentals (“Ouillette”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your rental and use of dumpsters provided by Ouillette (“Dumpsters”). By renting or using a Dumpster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not rent or use a Dumpster.

2. Rental Agreement

  • Rental Period: The standard rental period is [Number] days.
  • Overage Fees: A daily overage fee will be charged for each day the Dumpster is kept beyond the rental period.
  • Delivery & Pickup: Ouillette will deliver and pick up the Dumpster at the agreed-upon location and time.
  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access for the delivery and pickup of the Dumpster.
  • Weight Limits: Dumpsters have weight limits. Exceeding the weight limit will result in additional charges.

3. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are prohibited from being placed in the Dumpster:

  • Hazardous Waste: Paints, solvents, chemicals, batteries, tires, electronics, etc.
  • Construction Debris: Concrete, asphalt, dirt, rocks (unless specifically agreed upon).
  • Flammable Materials: Gasoline, oil, propane tanks, etc.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Loading: You are responsible for loading the Dumpster properly and ensuring it does not exceed the weight limit or become overloaded.
  • Placement: You are responsible for ensuring the Dumpster is placed on a stable and level surface that can support its weight.
  • Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the Dumpster caused by your actions or negligence.
  • Property Damage: You are responsible for any damage to your property or surrounding areas caused by the placement or use of the Dumpster.

5. Liability

Ouillette is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the Dumpster, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or environmental harm.

6. Payment

  • Payment Methods: Payment is due upon delivery and can be made by [List accepted payment methods].
  • Late Fees: A late fee may be charged for late payments.

7. Cancellation
